Cancellation policy
Where possible, please give at least 48 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment and we can reschedule.
You agree that you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment if you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
Missed appointments and very late cancellations, where the treatment room has already been prepared, will be charged at full cost of the treatment.
